The Central Valley Marketing Meeting on May 6th, 2009 was sponsored by Mark Rossi of State Farm Insurance. Mark and his staff provided a wonderful breakfast...including pancakes! What a treat for all of us.
Paul Carroll and Steve Bordona did a presentation on Reverse Mortgages and gave us a great deal of information regarding the benefits of this particular loan. There were several suggestions they made but one in particular hit home. Since so many of us are working with First Time Buyers you might want them to introduce you to their parents who may fit the over 62 age requirement and be able to qualify for the Reverse Mortgage.
Nino Pascolati reminded everyone that tour will be once a month with May 20th being our first tour date. There will be a sign up sheet at next weeks meeting so everyone should be thinking about what properties they want to put on tour.
Next weeks Host is ADT Fire and Security and there will be a panel presentation on the changes we are seeing in the appraisal industry.
