Today's guest speaker was Teresa Kinney from Congressman Dennis Cardoza's office in Modesto. Kinney is the Economic Development/Branch Coordinator for Congressman Cardoza. Kinney shared a wealth of information regarding Cardoza's efforts to assist in the restoration of the housing market. As a former Realtor® himself, Kinney reported that Cardoza has a deep understanding of the foreclosure crises and is "committed to keeping government focus on the lasting foreclosure crisis". Kinney sited Cardoza's efforts to consitently lobby the Obama Administration regarding the state of the Central Valley and contributed to generating the allocation of funds to our area.
