Paul Carroll, Carrollton Mortgage, announced the upcoming "My Fair Lady" - Client/Realtor Appreciation at The State Theatre scheduled for Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. where they will be holding a private showing of "My Fair Lady". Carroll also announced the upcoming Bette Belle & Jean Smith Golf Classic benefitting the Science Community Center and Great Valley Museum coming Monday, May 18th, 2009 at the Oakdale Golf & Country Club. Guest speakers, Mary Otten and Andy Johnson, City of Modesto Parks & Recreation, shared great information about the upcoming events and activities available to the community through the City of Modesto. The Summer 2009 Activity Guide is currently available and is filled with great information and upcoming events to share with your local network. Otten and Johnson also encouraged the group to consider partnering with the City of Modesto Parks & Recreation division to promote events and activities and to engage the community in efforts to support the organization. Local Realtors® can create "Events" in Facebook to share with their network or create "Groups" on Facebook to keep everyone informed on the outstanding programs available through the City of Modesto Parks & Recreation Department. Participation or reminders about the events can easily be shared on Twitter or make great status updates with Facebook.
