Also in announcements was the MetroList® "Get Social" seminar coming to Modesto on February 24th, 2009 with sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to be held at the Masonic Lodge in Modesto. Topics to be covered include LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc. and how to make these social networks work for your real estate business. Registration is required as seating is limited. Guest speaker, Randy Siefken, representing the State Theatre of Modesto gave an update on what to expect from The State in 2009. Siefken provided an overview of the history of The State and the ongoing community efforts that keep The Theatre in action. The State will celebrate its 75th Anniversary on March 28th 2009.
